Duckling with infected feet.

So my three ducks are doing quite well, but I just got a 4th mallard duckling that somebody didn't want anymore. S/He's been solitary from pretty early on, since they had no other baby ducks, and the bigger ducks would go after the baby. Currently he's staying in my room now that my trio are outside in their hutch at night. Baby is doing pretty well, eats and drinks, sleeps, and is getting in his feathers.
He's a bit scruffy looking, and when I got him he had some cracks or scratches on the bottoms of his feet. Most have healed up already after just having him a week, but the pads/soles/what would you call those? of his feet have what looks like deep cuts or cracks, and are crusted with a yellowy mass. For anyone familiar with reptiles, it looks like mouth rot, just on his feet. It doesn't look like bumblefoot based on what I searched here, but I wasn't sure what else to look for.

I've been putting neosporin on his feet 1-2 times a day, trying to keep his pen as clean as possible (I swear he poos twice as often as any of my three did), and I'm glad it's improved as much as it has, it just doesn't look like the pads are getting better. Any suggestions would be helpful. I've also given him the apple cider vinegar water mixture once, just because he seems very scruffy and not the healthiest duckling ever.

Another issue is that my three keep trying to attack the baby if they can. When he's outside he's in a wire rabbit pen just out of reach so they can't get ahold of him through the fencing, but he does seem to enjoy their company. He's not really bonded with people at all, and while he'll sit for a while and take peas from me, he panics whenever I approach his pen, he bites and wiggles if picked up, and he'll take off at a dead run if I let him. Which made for quite the fiasco when he got away from me and my three were out in the yard. I had to chase him down before my ducks could catch him, and they were trying.

Well that got kind of long, but any tips or comments are welcome! I can get a picture of his feet if that would help, I just dont have one on hand at the moment.

Also soaking his feet in warm epsom salt water may help too but the compresses would probably be better.
I'm wondering if you should try to peel away the scabs so if there is anything nasty in the feet you can let that out then do either compresses or foot baths.Your wonderful for taking this lil one in to your heart and home, and patience will work with your older ducklings too, right now they look at the mallard as an intruder to be run out. so just keep doing what your doing with plenty of peas as rewards and hopefully they soon accept him as one of their own. Same with building trust between you and him, just keep being patient with love and peas and you'll eventually win him over. AND

Thank you for the replies! I'll try to get my hands on that and hopefully it will help.

And lol, peas! Yes, the way to a duck's heart is through peas apparently. My runner, Kiwi, will run to me and jump on my lap for peas.

Baby Duck has had a couple salt soaks, lots of neosporin and lots of peas, and seems to be doing good. :) The splits look smoother with less buildup, though he had to get neosporin put on his bill as well after he freaked out and tried to get out through the bars of his pen. Matching skinned marks under either nostril. :/ Poor baby.

He still doesn't like me but I'll keep stuffing him with peas until he does. I've been letting him swim with Kiwi, for some reason she (thinking female, not sure) doesn't try to mob him like my other two do.

On a not-so-happy update, I noticed something that is my own fault for not seeing before now. ): His legs are incredibly turned in when he walks, and he seems to have trouble. I've been keeping him more contained trying to keep his feet clean, but put him out in a run yesterday with Kiwi and he was following her around. I already ran to the store and got niacin supplements, so hopefully that works. He's just getting in his wing stalks, think there's enough time for the niacin to fix his legs before he's an adult?
