Duckling with intestines herniated.

Duckling has what seems like hernia. I pushed it back in belly button, and to keep in, I tied with dental floss... she is very weak. Had lost some blood.
She is in incubator with other 18 eggs that are pipped.
Should I do anything else?
What about blood in water channels in the tray?

That is the yolk. What does it look like now?

I pushed it into the belly button and tied it closed. Then I put it back in incubator.

It would most likely absorbed on its own if given time. It didn’t rupture? That’s is what the duckling lives off of for 2-3 days after hatch.
