Duckling with limp

Hi. Some of our duck eggs hatched that we had in our incubator. Six of them hatched on Saturday and Sunday and they seem very healthy. One just hatched today and had some trouble. It was stuck in the egg so I gently as i could helped it out. Peeled back part of the shell and helped him out. It has a limp and I'm worried about that. We have a brooder for all of the ducks. Should I keep this one separate and give him vitamins to see if that helps. I was afraid it would get too lonely though since the ducklings love to huddle together. If I put a soft toy in with it in a separate box would that help? Thanks for any advice u have!
