Duckling with neck problem. (picture inside)

Noticed our little duckling (drake) has had his head tucked in the last few days (until Saturday night). He is a little lethargic, and doesn't seem to want to eat.

He was fine until Saturday night (we were out for dinner and then came back to notice this), and other duckling is fine and even very animated.

Really concerned.

I can't see the pic (darn work computer blocks most social media!) but is it possible something got to him? Is it really cold where you are now? What are his surroundings like?

My drake spent the night outside a few weeks ago and came back very upright and tense. He had a run in with a predator and we ended up loosing his mate; I think he fended the predator off and after a few days he was back to normal...

I uploaded the picture to the forum:

We (the two ducklings) live in Pasadena, CA, where it's about 60-69 degrees F inside the house where their brooder is. We have a 125W heat lamp and they do not seem cold at all. Their enclosure is about 3' by 5', lined with newspaper that's changed at least twice a day, along with starter mash and water (which is also changed/filled at least twice a day).

They have both seemed very happy and otherwise healthy, except now he's just seems lethargic. It seems like because of his neck, he will eat and drink when I bring the food and water to a higher level, but he doesn't seem that interested otherwise; whereas the other duckling--she ATTACKS the food. I separated the two last night because I was worried she was harassing him, so they are in the same brooder, but has a cardboard partition (with holes cut out) between them so they can see each other.

Oh, one last thing, poo from both ducklings look identical.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
