Hello
I have hatched two rouen ducklings and one has an overbite...the bottom beak extends farther than the top beak. Is this an issue I should be concerned about? She is eating and drinking without issue thus far.

Thanks so much!

I cannot think of much that would be a problem except for her tongue being exposed (if it even is).

But if she has a container of fresh water at all times, eats a well balanced diet, has a good environment, I don't see why she would not thrive.

You could try giving her poultry vitamins in her water once a week, perhaps - since their bills grow quite a bit - her upper mandible might catch up to the lower. Not a promise, just a thought.
