Duckling with respitory issues?

Monday I had a Muscovy duckling hatch. Basically once they were fluffed out I noticed it had fluid coming out of its nostrils. Not a lot, just a little bit. And it’s not a total constant. I think I can hear a little bit of ‘rasping’ when it breaths. I have been putting vitamins and electrolytes in the water. It’s not bothering the baby at all, it’s really active. And it wasn’t environmental, it was already there when the duckling hatched.
Is there anything else I can do? And what could’ve caused it?
