My duckling hatched out with its neck held all the way back. It is a few days old, and still does this sometimes. Other times it holds its head the right, and walks in circles sometimes. Its eating and drinking fine. Any ideas.

Sounds like she has wry neck. You'll need to get her polyvisol without iron - it's a vitamin supplement and you can get it at the pharmacy. Or you could go to Tractor Supply or another feed store and pick up something called poultry nutri drench. This stuff.

Wry neck is caused by a nutrient deficiency so you should put it in her water or, for faster results, give her a couple drops orally once or twice a day.

Something I use is Vitamins and Electrolytes Plus. I agree with Pyxis that nutrient supplements are the way to go.
