My two week old ducklings are afraid of my waterer. They will not eat or drink. What do I do?

The waterer looks big and metal. They do have water and food twenty-four/seven. Their environment is kind of noisy. The temperature is about eighty degrees Fahrenheit. They have pine bedding, and they absolutely hate me. The noise is okay around them. They are in a plastic swimming pool brooder.

At two weeks, their survival instincts can kick in and they become afraid of everything.

At this time, it is important for you to avoid things that will scare them, like cornering them, standing over them, approaching them without talking to them. What, may I ask, is the noisiness?

The ducklings are exposed to my brother playing video games.
