Ducklings Are Being Picked On

Hi, We have just recently started raising ducks. The oldest duck is about 3 months old and it is a pekin/kahki cross and the youngest is 2 weeks old. We have 11 ducks total. The 6 older ones seem to have formed a pack and there are 5 babies. The younger ducks seem to be getting picked on...what should I do. At this time I have put them in a cage in the coop so that they cannot get hurt but how do I get them to become part of the group?

Keep them separated by some plastic poultry fence or similar, so they can see each other but not touch each other.

Give them treats at the same time, side by side, to give them positive feelings in each others' company.

Wait till the littles are as large as the big ones, then slowly begin to introduce them without the fence between. Once they have shown they can keep any conflicts low key, they should be okay, just do watch and be patient.
