Ducklings are dying please help

All dead, apart from the two who were in the incubator and hatched this morning. What would you recommend?

I am in the UK as well did you manage to get the medicine in to them in time or not?
Sorry that so many have died I think that this maybe something to do with the breeder you ordered it from. How are the ones in the incubator?

I am very sorry for your losses. Google veterinary diagnostic lab and see about sending one or two for necropsy. If the lab is not close enough to drive to, ask them for their fedex account number and that will save a bunch on shipping. Keep refrigerated, not frozen until ready to ship.

And I just has a thought... are you using a Teflon coated bulb? I ask because Teflon coated bulbs can cause death:

I’ve checked and no Teflon. I think it was their food. They showed signs of botulism, head back etc. We’ve raised a number of fowl with no issues, just none from eggs unless hen driven. The two remaining fingers crossed look entirely different, with hindsight as soon as they fed they went downhill, lying down all the time etc. Calling the supplier in the morning.

They had three doses of antibiotics but all died. The 2 in the incubator are (🤞) doing really well. Took them out this morning 24 hrs after hatching, in a box on a towel with egg cups for water and scrambled egg until the country pet shop opened to buy new food (last lot was from the internet) and drinkers etc. Had my desk lamp with an infra red bulb on my desk for the entire day until we had jet washed and done a deep clean of everything. I think it was the food. With hindsight they were perky and walking around until they started eating and then were lying down a lot. Then laboured breathing and dying with their head backs which I think is botulism? Getting an autopsy and calling the food supplier tomorrow. Thank you so much for your help. The desk set up!
