Yes, ducklings will have a greenish / brownish goop left over after hatching. It’s completely normal. Your ducky looks great, and you did a great job assisting!! Can’t wait to see the other 3

I’m not seeing any yolk sac.
No blood in the egg
That’s possibly egg goo that sits at the bottom of the egg after hatching or can be slightly attached to baby
