Is this little one have warmth your heat plate looks too far from it. Check your temps you want it at least 85-90. To start off then drop by 5 degrees each week. Put a towel down under it for now may not be able to get traction on that bedding. It can take them a day or 2 to get their legs under them if they had a difficult hatch. Did you have to help? Also no need to try an feed it right away they can live off their yolk for a couple days.

The heat is closer to it I had to lift it to take a photo no help it was quick quicker than I thought it would be someone else told me to put it in a egg carton with hole to stop it moving around and let it legs build strength! Also not sure if u can help but I have 4 left in incubator they all seem fine apart from 2 the air cell has gone dark is that normal at this stage ( I checked because I had a egg hatch but duckling dead and there was a bad smell so checked to see if others were still alive)

Can you candle the eggs and post pictures?

If any of the eggs smell bad get them out of the incubator or they could explode causing an awful mess and will contaminate the others.
Smell bad egg is gone and I cleaned incubator I’ll try it might be a bit bright at the minute but I’ll see if I can find some dark

leave them alone. Make sure they are on their side and the air cell is "up"
