Sprayed the inner sack as was dry so couldn’t see if any blood veins or where it’s beak was

Not sure I’d spray again most use coconut oil if the membrane dries. You must have put a pretty big hole to be able to see bill and veins

I started with a small hole for a while then make it a bit bigger

Also I didn’t have coconut oil so he said to use room temp warm but only a little

TO clarify, it's still probably absorbing, DONT peel any more off, and if needed you can keep the membrane moist with mineral oil, coconut oil, or Neosporin. Don't rush mother nature.
