Great. Don't rush the treats. Their crumble is a balanced diet and you want them to like it and eat it. It's easier to give treats once they are allowed to forage around outside so they can pick up small pebbles and sand to help them digest...otherwise you need to provide that.

I gave my ducklings moist crumble for the first couple weeks. I changed it everyday to avoid bacteria build up in the moist warm brooder environment.

They don't need it until they have other foods

I didn't use the word grit because sometimes people think it means shell grit.

Once they start going outside even for a short time everyday, they won't need any grit supplied even if you give them treats.

Honestly, it's up to you but delaying treats is a good practice all around.
