You're telling me chicken starter isn't ok for ducklings? And other then the normal loss of appetite, weakness, droopy wings ect, they both closed one eye when it seemed to reach a serious point but before that there didn't seem to be anything wrong. And the duckling with me now has something in his nostril which I think is his bedding which makes sense because he keeps digging into the bedding with his beak.Coccidiosis is Very unlikely in ducks. Chick feed might not contain enough niacin, thiamine, other vitamins, various minerals, and amino acids. You're telling me chicken starter isn't ok for ducklings?

He has water around 3 inches and I know ducks need naicin what if I get some brewers yeast?Do you have water deep enough to have him submerge his nares? Ducklings need to do this. Chick feed does not have sufficient niacin for ducklings. If using chick feed you must add b vitamins. TSC has b vitamins injectable for cattle, just put them over a yummy treat. Or get waterfowl or duck food. Thanks for trying and glad you showed up here. We will help the best we can
