do u need water for ducks? we dont have any sloughs or water on our land. would a childs wading pool work?

my ducks have kiddie pools- it must work- even the neighbors ducks who have a pond come over here!

They are all pekins. Some are tufted though so thats why they have the little afro's.

I don't have a pond. I have a kiddie pool for them later and I might look into finding a 55 gallon drum to cut in half to put a stock tank heater in for winter. Yep, Winter. So much for these guys going in the freezer. I don't see that happening. LOL My family will disown me. Chickens they are Ok with rabbits, so so... ducks- NO WAY.
