Ducklings heat shut off in the night, they can't stand up or hold neck up

I went to check on my 3 ducklings this morning and their heat had turned off in the night! One seems to be okay but two of them aren't doing well. They can't stand up and keep flopping onto their backs. They also can't hold their necks up. It looks like severe wry neck or neurological issues.
They are on a heating pad and warming up, they seem to be a little better as far as perkiness goes. But is this normal symptoms for chilled ducklings, or could there be something else going on?

Hate to hear this happened, just don't blame yourself. Sounds like they are getting better, so sounds like you are doing good for them. I would definitely be trying to get them warmed up and giving them some electrolyte and vitamins in their water as others have suggested and sounds like you are doing. I am rooting for you and them!

Thank you! Both of the bigger ones look like they're going to be fine, so I'm just hoping for a full recovery for the littlest.

I think cold shock recovery takes longer than the warm up time. I think you did right to give sugar water as the sugar provides a little energy as well as fluid. I always recommend giving pedialyte solution -- I keep sachets in my duck first aid kit -- as it provides the right concentration of glucose as well as electrolytes.

Be sure to continue nutridrench for a few days while they convalesce and get their strength up

They are so much better! They're up eating, drinking nutri-drench water, and making happy chirps. Sometimes one will fall onto its back still but it can flip itself back over without trouble.
I'm going to put something on the heating plate cord to secure it so it doesn't come loose again.
Thanks everyone!
