Ducklings sneezing and sticking tongue out.

Two of my week old ducklings are sneezing and sticking their tongues out, I noticed this yesterday and put them in a bath tub with deep water they stuck their whole bodies under water and swam. I gave them a deep enlightened bowl of water to stick their beaks in, but they’re still sneezing and I cannot see super clearly through their nostrils. This is my first time raising ducklings, should I keep them in the bath tub with warm deep water? or is this normal?
Just in case a respiratory problem, I have Echinacea tablets coming in the mail.
What should I do?

Don't keep them in the tub with deep water. Do you have other ducklings? What type of bedding are you using?

I do not have other ducklings, only two. I was using pine shavings but they were trying to eat it, so i am currently just using pee pads.

I have been cleaning and replacing everything constantly.
