Ducklings very weak...need help please!!!!!

I hatched 2 Rouen ducklings yesterday. I put them in the brooder this am but they are very weak and lethargic. They won't stand up....they're just laying there.........they do chirp alot. I picked them up and tried to get them to stand but they just laid back down. What could be wrong? This is the 1st time I've hatched ducks, but my silkies were up and running by this time.

ducklings take alot longer to get ajusted than chicks do.

when I hatched out ducklings they are usually wobbly, and can't barely stand or walk for a day or two afterwards.

if you offer them water they will drink it, I got a duckling who was a couple hours old to drink just by dipping it's beak in water.

are they atleast trying to scoot and stumble around?, if so then so long as theres nothing that looks physically wrong with them(had a duckling hatch under two hens a few days ago, it's momma was fine with it,but the pekin hen was not, she killed the first baby, and so badly beat up the second that it died a few hours after hatching, the third is still alive and doing well in the brooder.) then they'll be fine most likely
