Ducklings

One of my ducklings is tilting its head to the side. I don't know of any vets close to me that are ducks. So is there anything that I can do to treat it at home? Does anyone know what this is? Also, how can I get my dogs to get along with my ducks, I have a two year old beagle, a one year old lab/pig mix, and a 13 week old lab mix. I know beagles are hunting dogs so I worried she'll try to get to them.
