Males have a curl to the tail feathers. Thier beaks are more of the yellow color than the female. And the patterns on the head and around the eye.

The one in the back may be a Welsh Harlequin.

The male tail curl would not show up until at least 4 months old, some never get it. These are nowhere near old enough to have a drake curl. Between the ages of 4-6 weeks they will start to get their "adult" voices. Females will have the quintessential duck quack. Males will make a raspy, frog-like sound. To me it sounds a bit like a hoarse goose honking.
