Ducklings

does anyone know how to take care of ducks? Or can direct me to a good website?

Similar to chicks....EXCEPT dont feed them a medicated feed. Ducklings eat more then chicks and will overdose on the medication and kill them. I would start with a nonmedicated starter/grower. Tractor Supply has a 20% starter/grower that is nonmedicated. Also dont let them swim unless they are feathered out. Ducklings can drown because they dont have the oils from their mothers feathers to keep them from getting waterlogged. I had a friend who didnt understand that and she lost every duckling she ever bought and wondered why she could keep chicks alive but not ducklings. Other than that....you should be good. DO a search on caring for ducklings and you may be able to come up with some good sites.
