I have the same ratio. Both of my hens have nests. One just hatched 10 ducklings yesterday. In large pen. Watching today, and saw one two of the drakes pecking at and even dunking babies in pools. I was hoping they would learn to stay away from drakes. Hen tried to protect them. Have 2nd hen with 11 eggs due to hatch in 2 days. Would remove drakes but budget doesn't allow for another pen. But if drakes should be removed, then I will try something to save the babies. This is my first year with mallards. I have had chickens for years. But have always incubated most of my chicken eggs so I haven't had rooster issues.
