Ducks 101 !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey guys! it has been a while but I'm back!!! from my last post about the baby duck in the yard... well we are keeping him!! but since ducks are social we got him a friend! So now we have a small mallard duck named Gerald and a cute little Indian runner named Poppy. But I have noticed that Poppy's nose runs a lot, just a clear liquid. I did research and they say it is a respiratory problems. She acts totally fine and she gets one bath a day with plenty deep water to wash her head. I'd hate to find out that my baby girl is sick! what should I do?! thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clean air out in the yard, clean water to swim in. Maybe some meds in the drink.

Thanks Setting Dusk. So Poppy and Gerald are almost full grown now and they are making their way outside! But I would like to know if the two of them will mate for life. Some research I have done has lead me both ways. Some say Mallard ducks mate for life but others say they won't. If anybody has any information please tell me!!! Thank you so much guys!!!!!!
