Ducks and Fermented or Wet Feed

Is fermented or wet feed ok for ducks? Yes, I know there is a difference, just curious about both. The ducks go through so much food, I'm just thinking through alternatives. At this point, I'm not sure they actually waste a lot, other than what ends up in the water.

Feed cant be wet for too long,it will mold.
