I have 3 ducks two mallards females and one khaki campbell female. They are ten weeks old. They have a duck house attached to my chicken coop and are great about going in at dusk. But, for some reason they don't want to go down to the pond. We have a mid sized pond that has fish and frogs in it. We got them in last week and they stayed about 1 hour and they returned to the area outside their house. We have tried a couple of more times to get them into the pond but they run back up the hill to their house. Are they still to young or what? They have full feathers and are about full grown. They love to swim in the foil roasting pan but are to large now. My husband says no pool when they have a whole pond. Will they eventually decide to get in the pond? Need advice!
