Ducks are laying what to do with the eggs?

Ok so now my grey call ducks are laying but what do I do with the eggs i don't have an incubator to but them in and I don't know if she is sitting on them or not.

calls will go broody, mine do every year if i don't take the eggs away, but you might want to wait till it get to be around 40 degrees at night
there tasty too
 
Can't beat duck eggs for baking. They'll make the lightest cake you ever had.
 
Duck eggs are my preference for Devilled eggs. Why? because they are larger, and when boiled have a pristine white appearance.
My ducks eat the same feed as my chickens and their eggs have no taste difference. We also prefer them in baking.
