Hi my ducks aren’t hatching, they’ve been in the incubator for 29 going on 30 days there is clicking noises coming from the eggs but no movement or any signs of hatching.
Is there any way I can perform some emergency hatching assistance?
I’m new to the hatching game and I’m really freaking out.

Welcome to BYC!!!
What kind of ducks?
Have you candled the eggs recently, and can you post any candling pics?

If they happen to be Muscovy eggs then 30 days is no big deal.
Typically it's 28 days for others, 26 for call ducks.

But if your temperature has been low or anything is off during incubation they can just be late to hatch. If you are hearing tapping on the shell then that means they have internally pipped and are now working on their external pip.
Ducks take forever from pip to zip.
Here is a good article you can read on assisted hatching to give you an idea if you feel like they are in trouble and what you can do about it.

I have the temp on 37.5 (Celsius) should this be higher during the final days?

No, you shouldn't need to turn it up.
But sometimes the reading on your incubator isn't accurate.
Unless you have a calibrated thermometer that you know is accurate inside the incubator as well it's possible it could actually be a little cooler in there than what it reads, which can make the eggs late.
You may also want to re- think the way you counted your days to hatch too. You would not count the first day you set, say you set eggs at 5:00 p.m. on a Sunday. From 5:00 p.m. Sunday to 5:00 p.m. Monday that is one... so on and so forth.
Perhaps it's actually only day 29?

I’ve turned the temp down and checked it with a thermometer it’s now sitting at 32 and my I double checked my counting just now I put the eggs on at 4:46pm 29 days ago

I agree with Shaw about the incubator temp being off.
And I agree with BirdsBeesTrees about candling, definitely candle.
