Ducks & chicks

I have two Rouen ducks (Thelma & Louise), I also have two golden wyandottes. One of the ducks will start at her bill all the way to her chest across the back of the chicks. She has also done this to my arm once. Is the aggression, marking her territory so to speak or affection? Just curious
