Yes, that is perfectly normal. Sometimes they pip even earlier. It sounds like they're hatching right about on time . It's a slow process.

The target dates for ducks, turkeys, chickens, pheasant, and other birds are just that, targets. Thye can easily be off a couple of days in either direction. And hatching is often longer than a one day event from pip to hatch for each egg and some eggs are later than others. That egg is pipping like it is supposed to. Get ready for an exciting two or three days.
