Ducks eye

Bottom of one of my ducks eye lid is swollen and pink, is this possible and eye infection or is it something worse?

That sounds indeed like an infection. Is liquid dropping from the eye?
Can you try to take a picture of the eye and post it here, please.

Is it just at the bottom of the eye? Is it a male or female? Reason I asked these questions is because my female had an eye condition that was caused by the drake picking on her all the time. Had to females at the time, but he never bothered the other one. Long story made short, had to take her to a vet to get ointments for her eye. It took a while, but it finally healed. He really did a job on her head.
