To me it looks more like a respiratory infection or sinus infection. If this were damage from other ducks I would expect feathers to be missing, but this crust looks localized to just the eyes.

Look at the back of her neck. Clear feather loss there. @CuCulain42, what is your drake to hen ratio?

We have 2 to many drakes. I have intended on harvesting the extras but I haven't had the time. Most of our drakes are pekins, had a bad draw from the TS duckling bin. We ere hoping for more hens.

Poor thing, hopefully she has at least one intact eye. I also have a one eyed chicken and she does fine. Definitely thin down your males or pen them sperate.
