Ducks first time outside w/pics

I'm in the process of getting all my ducks, I know I'm going to be taking lots of pics. So instead of starting a new thread every time, I'll just keep posting them here. Hope you guys like them.

We were watching the ducks and chickens play and my wife decided it was time for the ducks first swim.
We put a shallow tupperwear in the brooder and finally after carefully examining it the duck jumped in.
And went crazy splashing and having a good time. The chickens who follow the ducks every move were beside themselves. They went wild running around the brooder and making noises. Finally one chick couldn't take it anymore and had to jump in the water. Both the duck and the chicken calmly stood in the shallow bowl. After a second we grabbed the chick and got her out of the water. Having to towel off every bird and clean the entire brooder was well worth watching the duck and chicks go crazy!

I love the pictures!!

I especially like the one of the duckling on the desk with its head tilted to one side. That is so cute.
