they dont let people hanfle them...last year I wanted ducks but couldn't get any so I wanted to hold the babies so I could get my duck fix and they said no it's against the rules...

Well, That's funny. Apparently, TSC in Charleston lets you hold Chickens. Ig it's different in some areas.

They also put some sort of fencing around the bins that the chicks and ducklings are in. I went last February and a couple bantam chicks had really bad pasty butt and I told the staff but they didn’t do anything.

Yep, You're right. I've been to Andersons one and they are really strict about handling them.
