Ducks geese and chickens

I would really like a pair of geese. Can you keep them with other fowl? I have ducks and chickens. Can they be kept together? Do they need to be separated? Best breeds for hobby farm? TIA

Geese can be a real treasure to have. We have all three, chickens, ducks and geese. We did find that the geese do not get along that well with anything other than another goose. That, plus they really need room to graze. So, watch what other's may say. But we keep ours separate.

My pair of American Buff geese were absolutely horrible during and for several weeks after their breeding season this spring. The gander killed several birds and injured another. They couldn't even free-range with the other birds. Now they are mingling with the chickens again just fine. They act like kids on a playground occasionally and bully them off feed, but seem to be getting along fine. They do not like smaller birds though. They always stalk after and worry all the started birds so they won't be getting on the ground until the geese are in their own pen.
