So about two weeks ago I had 3 geese which consisted of one male sebbie , one Chinese female which is his mate and then an African female as well. I then added two more geese which is a male Toulouse and female pilgrim pair. Also on a side note I have 15 ducks. My male sebbie has totally ditched his mate and chases her away now and chose to pair with my female Pekin and I don’t know what to do. Any thoughts ?

You’re going to have to separate him and the duck and keep him only with the geese.
If I separate just the white Pekin will my other ducks be ok. When I first got him he was my only goose and paired up with her last year and then when I got the female they bonded. Now he went back to the pekin lol and it’s just her he is interested in.

The other ducks won't care if the Pekin is gone but I don't understand your plan or why.
You wanting to get rid of her? House her alone? Separate the geese and ducks but put her with the geese? Give the gander and duck a honeymoon place?
Just separate the geese and the ducks is the best option.
