Ducks going bald and missing wing feathers

Hi I have two female ducks one of them is perfectly fine but the other has been missing wing feathers for awhile now and she is balding. Besides the feather issue there's nothing wrong with her. Can you guys help me figure out the problem thanks in advance

Is she molting? Ducks apparently molt two times a year!

I'm not sure we tried giving her a bath in vinegar apple cider but nothing and I've been giving them vitamins in there water

Maybe look into molting? If she is acting normal I’m guessing she is just shedding her old feathers to bring in her new ones.
