my fist duckling just hatched and I have a few questions if anyone could help!

1. What should the temp and humidity be for the duckling inside the incubator now that it’s out of shell?

2. I have a sponge in the incubator to keep humidity up, he decided to go lay on it. Should I remove it? Or is that okay?

3. Is him bumping the other eggs and rolling them hurting the other eggs?

Thank you!

Don't adjust it. You could hurt the other eggs. He'll be fine at normal (room) humidity and 90 F temp, when you take him out.

Well, a chick could chill himself on a sponge. Ducks are hardier, but I'd move him out, since that will take you just as much time as moving the sponge. Try not to lose too much humidity when you open the incubator.

3. Is him bumping the other eggs and rolling them hurting the other eggs?
Not really. Unless he decides to go bowling, I'd ignore that.
