My ducks laid eggs and laid on them the whole time until they started hatching. She got stressed and ended up pushing the eggs out of the nest. We got all the eggs 4 ducks started hatching and died and the rest was up to us. We have no incubator we just have lights hanging above the eggs in a bin with damp paper towels. One peeped its shell but was very weak so we helped it hatch and so far it is doing ok just laying under a light sleeping and peeping occasionally. Another one has peeped a little bit but seems stronger so I left it. Any tips on what I should do? Thes eyes on the duck don't appear to be open either.

What I recommend doing is leaving the eggs to be, and if they look weak, help them hatch.
ok, the one I helped hatch still isn't fluffy is that normal? And it is still super weak and not moving much. Also its eyes are closed and hasn't opened them at all what should i do about that?

Leave it to be let it fluff up and just give it time do not open the incubator until all are hatched and fluffy unless they are dry and the last one hasn’t started piping yet.

Yup that’s completely normal, still getting used to their legs.

Sadly the three that hatched died and I only have one egg left it just pipped through this morning so I am going to leave it and see if it hatches. Also how long do they normally take to hatch? the other 3 were weak so I helped them hatch which I guess is why they died because they were so weak.

You should figure out why the ducks died, it may have been, genetics, humidity, temperature, they weren’t completely ready to hatch yet or what not.
