DUCKS -- HELP!

One of the ducklings has hatched! Was so exciting to watch. The other egg hasn't moved since yesterday (hasn't pipped yet). Should I be concerned?

Please post some pics when he's all dry and fluffed up!

Be patient with the other egg. I had some eggs hatch a whole 2 days after my first hatch! Give it some time and let us know how things go!

The duckling that hatched is doing great! I'm so happy about that.

The other egg in the incubator has not moved since early Saturday. I just ended up candling the egg and I couldn't see any movement. The air sac is also lopsided. I'm not sure what to do. Is this duckling definitely dead?
 
If there is no movement or noise, something may have gone wrong.

3 days seems like a long time to have no signs of life.

4 of my 15 eggs did not make it either :(
