You don't need to provide feed at night in the shelter. The ducks will eat all they need during the day. You are right to think it will attracts rodents.

Thank you. Do ducks like sitting on leaves? Do they like the snow. This is all new to me. First winter season with them. Already having issues with my hose freezing so I can't fill up their pool that they like so much
