Ducks knocking over waterer constantly

Does anyone have an idea what I can do to keep my muscovys from knocking over the water in the run? I use the one gallon waterers for them and chickens as in winter I switch out the frozen ones and replace with fresh ones.

Do you have them set up on anything? I'm not familiar with duck behavior...
My only thought was putting them on a cinder block and using a bungee cord to hold them down. Thread the bungee through the hole in the block then hook the ends over the edge of the waterer.

You can get bungee cords with plastic ends so your not putting metal into their water. Not sure how the plastic will hold up to being frozen but it's a cheap option to at least try.

Used plastic waterers before and they never broke on me. I fill it 2/3 full. Think I might run the bungee over and under the concrete

I use Rubber livestock bowls......Perfect for my Ducks.....Easy to tip and kick out ice in the winter....
