Ducks Laying at 21 weeks?!?!?!?!?!

My 1st Kahki Campbell started laying at 20 weeks and my 2nd Kahki started laying at 22 weeks 2 days. My Mallard has yet to lay and I got them all at the same time back in March. They will be 26 weeks old tomarrow.

Are you sure they don't have a hidden nest somewhere?​

They are in the same run that my 1st chicken coop is in and the run is 20 x 25 feet and yes I look all around the run and occasionally find the 2nd egg somewhere on the ground but usually they walk up the plank to the coop and lay their egg in the nest boxes.
I don't let them free range anymore unless I am going to be out there with them ALL DAY or the last couple hours of the day. I have had 1 duck and about 4 chickens disapear due to prediters so I want to keep my eyes on them.
