Ducks not chickens

I have recently discovered ducklings are also messier than chicks. Haha
But they're sooo cute it makes up for it.

Congratulations on hatching! I've heard that sometimes, there is nothing you could have done for the duckling that didnt hatch. Sometimes you can do an eggtopsy and see if there was a physical defect or other issue with the duck or position in the shell that might have determined their fate. But, you have all those healthy little peeping pranksters! Yay! In my case, for the first few weeks, my ducklings lived in an enclosure in my bathroom...it was insane!!! My home office is about 20 feet from the bathroom and that was a good distance They have water-gun squirting poop and eat like, well..I'd like to say pigs but I'm now changing that saying to "eating like ducks"! Now that those stinkers are out in the yard and a bit bigger, wow, the cuddles, the fun...the thick silky fur-like feathers! They start to follow you around eventually...
