Ducks not chickens

I have five Ancona ducklings I've hatched from eggs I got off eBay. They are driving me nuts with the constant cheeping, but I have them in my home office.

Out of 8 eggs I got, 7 were fertile. One stopped developing about halfway through, but one pipped and died in the shell. I wonder if there wasn't something I could have done to save it. Oh well, trying to not beat myself up too much...
