Ducks not laying?

I have three hens that are about 2 years old. They have always laid 6 eggs a week a piece. In the last 5 days I have gotten 3 eggs total. No major changes in food, housing, care etc. Has me concerned. Only major change is the weather has gone from 30 some at night to pushing 90 during the day. Could this be the reason they are not laying? Although the temp change happened after the problem seemed to start. Thoughts?

Is someone going broody?

Heat, like cold, can affect laying though I think it may be too early in the season for that.

I don't think so. They don't appear to be. Although I did leave several eggs in the nest for several days come to think if it.
