Ducks not walking

My duck are putting there wings down when they start walking because they lose there balance and cant go. i have to pick them up and take them to the water and thwn too the food. they are eating and drinking and will walk occasionally but once they stumble they stop. what do i do. i have vitamins and electrolytes in there water and there food has niacin in it. do i need to give more?
