Ok here's the deal. We have a cottage on a 65+ acre lake in PA, and in summer we go down almost every friday though Monday.

I have 3 Rouen ducks, and I planed on bringing then down to the lake and build them a little hutch.

My questions are -

Will they come back when they go swim in the lake?
Are tiger muskys and nothern pike a threat?
There's 3 bald eagles, are these a threat?

Thanks y'all!

Yep, you will only see them when you drop them off because they more than likely wont be there when you go back.

i know my white pekins would come back but idk much about ducks however i do know alot about fish and musky and pike would definitly take a small duck in midsummer to late fall early spring the only thing you would have to worry about is the hawks becouse musky and pike stick to smaller prey items at that time

I'm sorry if I was not clear. I would only Bring them down when were there. I would let them play in the day and then lock them up at night.

Yes...and so are snapping turtles.

I have fished for these things. Even if they can't take the whole duck, they might go after their feet.

OH OK I thought you were just leaving them .

Definetly snapping turtles like wifezilla said! I've seen them grab a full grown duck by their legs and drown them.

Ever try to get your hook out of a muskie? It is way easier to just cut the line and fish it out when you gut it!
