Ducks picking on little one

I’ve got 6 ducklings now
But there is nearly 2 wks between the first hatched and the last
I put the last hatched in with the others and they are peck at him especially the smallest of the older ones ...
I haven’t left him in there for very long as they’ve given him a bit of a bald spot on the back of his head. Is this normal, the chickens aren’t as violent

Do the ducklings have enough room to run around? A two week old duckling needs at least one square foot, the more available, the better. You could try to keep the youngest two or three ducklings separate from the others until they have caught up with their growth somewhat. Can you divide your broader with a mesh, so that both groups can see and hear each other?

Any chance to keep the little one separated with a buddie for some time? The bully won't stop!
