Ducks started crossing the road

Hello. A couple days ago I noticed that my ducks that are free range have started to cross our gravel road. Does anybody have a good solution that doesn't require me having them locked up all the time?

fencing is about it. I couldn't have poultry with out good fencing too many predators and other hazards.
